Richard Hengist Horne (1802 - 1884)  was a poet, and a dramatist.   Also, he contributed articles to magazine and other periodical publications.   Horne is probably best known for his one-act tragedy,  The Death of Marlowe and the epic poem, Orion.

This poem of his, is one of my favorites.
