DREAM - PEDLARY
By Thomas Lovell Beddoes 1803 - 1849
Thomas Beddoes' career was in medicine, but during those
years he wrote poetry and dramas including Death's Jest Book. Although
he was appointed Professor of Anatomy at the University in Zurich, his
appointment was not confirmed because of his interest in liberal movements.
Beddoes committed suicide at the age of forty-five.
